Age: 26 Hometown: Marion, North Carolina My down time: I’m a huge fan of running. In fact, I listen to the Rocky soundtrack to get me in the zone when I’m working out. If you see me listening to my Ipod in a 5k race then odds are Sly Stallone is on my mind….”Yo Courtney!” Favorite Movies: Jaws (and I must confess I own all the ridiculous sequels.) Favorite Actor: Russell Crowe Favorite Actress: Kate Winslet Obsessions: I have way too many to list, but I have an incredible love for coffee, and thank goodness Augusta has a Starbucks. Where I’m from, there’s not one for 30 miles…I probably watch way too much E! News, Entertainment Tonight, and TMZ. Celebrities are always into something, even if it’s trouble, it only adds to the fun of my job. Oh, and I have an incredible sweet tooth. It’s hard for me to turn down a roll of cookie dough, so don’t tempt me. Best Radio Interview: I had an opportunity to interview Grey’s Anatomy star Chandra Wilson who plays Dr. Miranda Bailey on the hit ABC show. She’s a good-hearted soul, who we might see take the director’s seat more. Music: I come from parents who blasted Carole King, Billy Joel, and John Denver through the house. So, I’m still hooked to the great sounds of the seventies, and especially the eighties. At my old college radio station, I had a specialty program called “Back to the 80’s,” and every Thursday night at eight o’clock, I would play the best of Billboards hits during that era. From Madonna and Tiffany to Bon Jovi and Ah-Ha, that was the music of my youth and it’s still some of the best. Pets: I want a Chow Chow puppy. Martha Stewart has one, and they are adorable. They almost look like bears they’re so furry. It would be great to get four and name them after my favorite show: Jerry, George, Kramer, and Elaine Who I’d like to meet: Rainn Wilson from The Office. I think every office/business could use a Dwight Schrute in their lives. There would never be a dull moment at work, and you’d always be laughing. Quote of my life: "You just have to decide if you're a Tigger or an Eeyore. I think I'm clear where I stand on the great Tigger/Eeyore debate. Never lose the childlike wonder. It's just too important. It's what drives us." -Randy Pausch Author of The Last Lecture
