I received this recipe from Mary who called in yesterday. It's Creamy Cornbread Casserole. At first I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out because it took awhile in the oven. I kept getting it out and poking it with a toothpick. It turned out really good though. The kitchen smelled heavenly. I was starved by the time it was done. Definitely worth the wait. I ate it with the leftover Green Bean Casserole I made the other night. Yum! I think my family will love this dish.

What You Need:

1-can of creamed corn

1-can of whole corn

1-box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

1-small container of Sour Cream (I used about 1/2 cup)

1-egg

1-stick of butter, melted/softened

Mix all ingredients together using a spoon. Bake for 350 degrees for about 25-35 minutes. I had to bake it a little longer, just keep an eye on it.

Happy Eating =) and Thank You Mary!
