The intent of this award is to honor Ryan Clark for his contribution to the community by promoting volunteerism among young people and continuing his legacy of service.

The application and reference forms must be postmarked by February 2, 2018. Please email to jkmiller@connectcolumbia.org. Required materials include nomination form, application cover sheet, application, and essay. All forms should be scanned in on one file and emailed together.
